Ahmed from reception provided really good assistance. He offered detailed explanations about the hotel amenities and restaurants. He were very good too ensure we had a fantastic time. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary upgrade.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. Some machines showed signs of wear and tear, though they were still functional. I hope they update these machines soon, but it was only a minor thing.

The hotel had several pools, and I loved the pool. but the main pool included a swim-up bar with a wide selection of beverages and snacks. The gym featured treadmills, elliptical trainers, and weight machines for a complete workout.

The location was superb. It had a great beach, and the service was EXCELLENT. I appreciated the beautiful garden and the delicious breakfast.
The hotel was a little tired. The spa was closed, and I was not informed before my stay. It was disappointing that a lack of training for staff led to challenges with simple requests.

The hotel offers a private beach and at least four pools. Many restaurants are available. They provide various cuisines. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. They met expectations. Special thanks go to Jessica from the front desk TEAM.
The room service seemed substandard, and that formed a HUGE disappointment.

i enjoyed the room design. the greenery around the hotel was beautiful. the multiple pools and the beach access were definite highlights for me. ahmed at reception was especially helpful and accommodating.
i noticed a few mosquitoes in the room which was a bit bothersome.

There are many green plants throughout the hotel creating a relaxing environment. valet parking is available, providing convenient parking solutions . the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes.
